”A nice hotel. The room was not cleaned after we arriwed back from shopping, even tho we left please clean up the room- sign hang on the door handle. We then had no clean towels so went to the pool area and waited for cleaning to be done. Anyways the pool area should definitely be open later! The pool is one of the reasons why people choose this place from all the others, so if you are arriving late you can not enjoy that at all. ”Very well located, just three minutes from Santa Maria delle Grazie (Leonardo’s Last Supper) and an easy-to-find 20 min walk e.g. to the Duomo or Pinacoteca di Brera. Very clean rooms and quite comfortable, nice atmosphere. Excellent price for the quality. A very good breakfast available at the hotel. Stayed at the end of October so cannot say about air-conditioning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!”
