”Yes everything was good”

”Staff was not friendly. The room was in disrepair - tiles loose on bathroom wall, shower curtain rod pulled loose from wall and barely hanging on, TP holder broken, wooden pieces that were supposed to cover the A/C drain knocked down and lying on the floor, security bar on door ripped off, etc. The pool was understandably closed in since it is March. The breakfast was pitiful - only powdered coffee creamer and no sweetener options except sugar - both in dirty multiuse containers. The muffins...

”We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

”Room smelled terrible until ran ac half hour,room was decent and for where located next to I-35 was actually quiet overall ok but for price could have not smelled and been cleaner, that being said I would stay again Staff was great”

”Nice and clean hotel , nice surraunding. Breakfast weak if you have use to European style. Housekeeping stuff did not speak Enghlis att all , difficult to communicate.”

”After having to go to the hospital from the airport I needed to find a reasonable room for the night and this was available and inexpensive rate. The staff honestly was the best experience both helpful and welcoming. The room was relatively simple and had the basic needs and was clean. ”

”Nice hotel, clean cousy room, few restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was poor as used to European hotels. Cleanin persons spoke only spain, some communication problems with cleaning.”

”Breakfast was pretty good every morning of my stay. The room is outdated especially when compared to the surrounding hotels but still spacious and comfortable. Over all a good hotel to stay at. ”
