”The room was very clean, and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. we love that we have access to hot water for tea and coffee available throughout the day. We've stayed there 4 times so far and will continue to do so every time we visit Long Island, NY.”

”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

”Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The room was not clean and there were used condoms hanging from a lamp in the room. The staff was notified and they were also mortified. They gave me another room with ripped carpeting, but at least it was clean. I would not stay at this chain ever again. I hate to write a negative review, but thought warming others was that important.”

We were booked in a smoking room and I immediately called the Red Roof Inn to change to a non-smoking room.
