”This hotel was comfortable and accommodating in every sense. Everything seemed to be lovingly maintained, even the grounds which are well kept and attractive with seasonal plantings. The staff was personable and accommodating - at one in the morning (woke up in a panic and needed something from my car) the front desk attendant actually proactively offered and assisted me while I was half asleep and could barely form sentences. ”Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work.”

”We arrived on Long Island very late on the 10th. We were at a hotel that was completely horrid and we had to get out of there. We left there the morning of the 12th and booked the Marriott. We left without showering and needed to get ourselves together for the day. The staff at the Marriott allowed us to get into a room around 11 and helped us tremendously.
