”I’d give it a 10/5 if I could. The owner was the friendliest person ever. As soon as we got there he took a picture of us in front of Fuji, offered us a drink in the lobby was very hands on with helping operations. They even had announcements on the intercom when Fuji came out of the clouds. Out of all the places we stayed while in Japan this one was my absolute favourite. ”
”This is the small hotel that they use the exterior for the Netflix drama series “ Hot Spot”. The interior is much more spacious than what we see in the TV show. It is located in the remote area and it’s inconvenient for shopping, etc. However, it is an advantage for people who want to avoid the hassle of overtourism in the Mt. Fuji area. ”A spacious villa for our family of 5 with 2 beds and a few tatami. There’s a small private osen outside the bathroom. A kettle and simple eating utensils are provided. Location is convenient in terms of access to convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Very happy with our stay!”
