”Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc. Staff was nice and friendly which was great. Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full. Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit. No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night. TV...

”The room was nice looked very clean.It was just when we were walking around after an hour Our feet were completely black. So I would suggest to bring like a swifter. The rooms were nice, so the rooms seemed really clean.The tables, the bed and honestly we came in from texas.And we had family that were coming to visit and never got a complaint or anything.So it was very nice. ”

”Didn’t get a chance to use the amenities but the basketball court is a great touch. I wish that someone would’ve come to refresh my room while I was out. However the staff was quick to respond when I called to ask for extra blankets. ”

”Very large rooms, lots of parking, stayed in the front of the motel. Particularly love this motel for dog parents. Felicita County Park is a 5 minute drive and you can park across from the park if the gate is not open to walk your dog, Also its a ten minute walk to the back entrance of Kit Carson Park with hiking, dog trails and a sport center, lots of people riding bikes. ”

”The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor; I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Also, the curtains barely block any light, making the room far too bright in the morning. To make matters worse, the mattress was sagging in the middle, which was quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep.”

”There are issues with the television when we called down for Assistance. They informed us that the maintenance person was the only person that could help and they were at lunch. They had no idea when their lunch started or ended, and the young man said he only watched his lunch when I called back later the maintenance man still had not returned. It was probably a simple question that could’ve been answered, but the young man refused to help the beds were clean, but the carpet needed to be...

”The shower curtain was torn and disgusting. The shower faucet was difficult. The electric outlet doesn’t work. The blanket was old and had many holes. There were no chairs or lamps. The heater was very loud.”

”Two bed room was huge. Nice furnishings. Only downside is that the pool facility was at the golf club and not on site. This didn't bother us though.”

”The staff was great, the rooms were fine but the noise from the freeway and street was awful. The staff helped us cancel the rest of the stay and helped in getting us a refund.”
