”Chose the Hampton Inn Poway as an extra night on my birthday trip knowing that this isn't a fancy resort by any means but Hampton Inn always comes with great stays and calm environments. The stay started out ok with the gentleman at the front being very helpful and even offering an "upgrade". We got to the room to notice a musty smell from the AC being off. ”Good location to get away from the city”

”Main frustration was that one of the two elevators was out of order the 5 days I was there with no one ever working on it. Only having one working elevator made it very difficult for the guests and staff. The staff were very courteous and apologetic but always having to share the elevator with carts of cleaning products and dirty laundry was not very appealing.”

”Our room was cozy and clean. Staff was nice and the visitors were lovely as well. Didn’t get a chance to lounge by the pool but it looked nice.”

”We arrived and the staff working the day shift was obnoxiously rude. Clearly hates his job. Our air conditioning was broken- refused to change our room until I found the “general manager” office. Luis was great and helped us out. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t better. We didn’t even stay at the hotel. The night shift staff confirmed our cancellation and refund. However, since booked through this app they need to confirm with the hotel and there’s no line to reach the front and they won’t...

”Clean room and plenty of parking .”

”Excellent service, there is special rooms for disabled people like me, affordable prices, love it. If I need stay again in San Diego I’ll be in “La Quinta Inn by Wyndham-Miramar”, near to “fwy 15”, nice area. I give it 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ friendly staff🥰, free parking, free breakfast. all you can eat 😉😊”

”I always feel cozy and "at home", while staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. From the pool, to showers, to the bed, TV, and breakfast, I felt pampered and relaxed. Thank you Marriott for an enjoyable Staycation!!”

”The staff's service was excellent, which made me feel at ease. In particular, I am very grateful to Mr. Dauton at the front desk for his very kind checkout assistance. I felt the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The facilities are old, but I was able to rest well.”

”The room was clean. We asked for cleaning service every other day. No one came. Had to ask for clean towels. The shower rod was loose so the curtain kept slipping causing water to get on the floor. The screws were coming up on the trim between the floor and the carpet so we had to put a towel to cover them so we didn't trip or stub a toe on them. The pool didn't look very clean. Wasn't filthy though. The room was small, but since we were using it just to sleep, it was okay.”
