”Would like to have had a non accessible room(we did not need a room with disability friendly accommodations) and would have liked for the shower head to have worked and the ac to not be blowing straight on us all night, but other than that everything was fantastic”

My only complaint is that the food choices, both at the afternoon buffet and morning breakfast, were somewhat limited and expected. However, the beer choices were excellent and made me wish I was staying longer. The staff at the front desk were amazing, helpful and friendly. My room was more than comfortable. I...

”There were stains on one of the queen beds. The side door to go in, the key card scanner was tapped up and looked broken. Place was really ran down. I’d only stay here again if I really had to. I didn’t go for breakfast or coffee so not sure how that was.”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”

”My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.”
