âStaff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean ad it has a cozy atmosphere. Our room was silent even if were on the same floor with the second bar and the terrace. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for six days an we got the change to go through the whole breakfast menu.The selection of beers from the tap was also excellent.â

âLoved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh.â
âThe location nd space was amazingâŠbut it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!â
âThe location of this property is amazing. Literal steps from the Royal Mile and a fantastic pub right next door. Rooms worked well and were clean, and the kitchen provided essentials for anything youâd need. Definitely recommend! â
âOutstanding apartment. Comfy bed, large bathroom with great shower and tub. Lots of artwork around. Excellent location close to stores and restaurants and the Picardy Place tram stop. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Edinburgh.â

âWe loved the central location, it was right across Princess street gardens and bus stops.
The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Would do it again.

âExcellent 3 night stay, I will definitely be back. The hotel is perfectly situated. Very close to the tram line to the airport (5min walk) and maybe a 10min to Waverly train station, but itâs also on a very quiet street and very close to the Royal Mile and all the sights. I have nothing negative to say. The room was spacious, the bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and the staff was always helpful and friendly. â
âRun like a hotel but with the feel of an apartment rental. This was the perfect stay. There was a ton of space, a laundry machine inside the apartment and the location was perfect! â

"The staff was really lovely and helpful, the room was spacious amd quiet and beds were really good. The location is perfect, easy to walk anywhere and the breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay with my best friend. "
"Music from the pub next door in the night and emptying the carbages in the mornings made lot of noise. The bathroom was diety (black mold?) and also the carpet. It is pretty expensive place, maybe wonât book again."
