”A great space. Not The Four Seasons...but this is Playa del Carmen. Spacious and clean. Great location. Other reviews raise concerns about noise from the street. I am a light sleeper, and was there during perhaps the three biggest party nights of the year - Halloween and Dia del Muerto. It was loud out on the street, but mostly quite quiet in our unit.”

”I had a wonderful stay at Coco Rio Hotel! The concierge staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely sweet. We checked in on the 21st, and although we weren’t happy with our initial room, they promptly offered us two other options-truly receptive to guests’ needs. Room cleaning services are available on request, so if you hang up the “Do Not Disturb” card, the staff will happily attend to your room. I really appreciated the secure,...

The only thing that bothered us was an unpleasant smell in the room which you could notice every time entering there, we think it was a smell of mold... Close to the beach, Walmart and all services. ”We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. The waiters and other workers were super welcoming. Must say that we got exceptional service from Fernando, he was amazing! In addition, it was super easy to visit the other reef resorts. The beaches there were good, and everything went smoothly. You're also allowed to eat and drink at the sister...
