At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I would like to give you the following feedback: Unfortunately, we cannot change anything about the location of the hotel. The hotel can be seen on every digital map on the Internet, so that every guest has the opportunity to find out exactly where the hotel is located. The "Klosterrüti" bus stop is right in front of the door. The bus takes you to the city center of Baden within 10 minutes. The bus ticket is included in the room price. The ibis hotels are standardized, which is why we also have no influence on the room size. We will be happy to forward your feedback to the relevant department for upcoming new construction projects. Did you see our snack menu? We do not have a restaurant, but we offer a 24/7 snack menu which is served by our reception. The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We would be happy to give you tips at reception. Unfortunately, a coffee and tea station is not standard in ibis hotels in Switzerland.
