”Clean room excellent food”

”This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve experienced in recent years. The area of Brockenhurst is stunning and I’m very glad Rhinefield House Hotel was my base to explore it. The grounds were gorgeous and the staff were extremely conscientious and made the atmosphere. The breakfast made the perfect start to the day and I’d definitely visit again. ”

”Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Beautiful location in the heart of the New Forest with wild ponies roaming right outside. Dinner was also very good and a nice atmospheric room in the evening. ”

”Beautiful hotel with no expense spared on recent fit out with great furnishings. Very comfortable hotel with fantastic staff who's attention to detail is fantastic. I mentioned at lunch that I was Coeliac and laster when we checked in to our room gluten free biscuits were placed on the tea tray. A small detail but I have never experianced this before in an hotel. The food in the restaurant is also first class. Unfortunately we were unable to return on Sunday for lunch as it was fully booked!”

”Daisybank cottage is a must for anyone looking to stay in the New Forest. The room was perfect - spacious, spotless and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lovely touches in the room and so thoughtful. Great breakfast and friendly welcome. Its perfect for various walks without the car to get to start points, and close to pubs and eateries nearby. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”

”Staff were very attentive, food was ok, not brilliant by any means, spa facilities and staff were excellent, could do with more general seating areas rather than sharing with the restaurant ”

”Plenty of parking available, with electric charging points for those that need them. The hotel is dog friendly. Ideally placed to be able to walk into Lyndhurst. Having a swimming pool is a great asset to the hotel.”

”Lovely room but bath with shower not suitable as sloped ceiling stopped from using shower head and couldn’t stand up in bath so being elderly. Had superior room so disappointed. Breakfast was lovely as was staff”

”The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...
