”Everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were gorgeous. The food was great. But I cannot say anything better about that staff. They were absolutely lovely.”

”Bathroom shower not quite suitable for children”

”Property was nice and room ok. Shower was a powerful but temperature kept varying. Bar food and drinks were nice but disappointing that on Expedia (who we booked through) it said pets stay free but on arrival charges were applied for the dog which is why I’ve given a lower rating. Did mention to the member of staff who checked us in but nothing was done about this and Expedia still shows as pets stay free ”

”The bathroom ceiling exhibited evidence of fungal growth. The hotel experienced a temporary shortage of tea bags due to a delayed delivery; however, the staff provided exceptional service, and the quality of the linen was notably high.”

”Koko hotelli on täysin homeessa. Haju tervehtii jo sisään tullessa voimakkkaasti. Hissi ja huoneet kosteuden tuhoamia Sijainti muuten mahtavaja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Mutta ei koskaan valitettavasti voi homeen takia mennä uudestaan.”
