The bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking needs. The family room is spacious with french doors that open up to a covered patio overlooking the shared backyard.



The Neighborhood:

The Bayou St John is a beautiful tree lined neighborhood that is both walking distance to City Park / Bayou St John area, as well as the French Quarter and Marigny. It is truly best of both worlds.



Getting Around:

There is a blue city bike station directly across the street that offers easy bike rentals.



Other Things to Note:

This home has a shared backyard with the main home. There is a dog, cat, and 9 year old who frequently use the backyard.
