Guests have access to the entire home aside from a locked third bedroom and locked owners closet.

The Neighborhood:
The Marigny neighborhood is a culinary and music hub of New Orleans. Within walking distance you will find plenty of restaurants and music venues to enjoy. It is walking distance to the French Quarter and Rampart street car.

Getting Around:
The Rampart streetcar is 4 blocks from the home.

Other Things to Note:
4 person maximum occupancy.
No smoking, candles or insence in the home or a $500 fee will be assessed.
No parties or large gatherings of any kind.
