This adorable studio features a queen bed, full kitchen, renovated bathroom and lots of storage! Equipped with a roku TV, desk station or writing area. The best part of all, is the large shared backyard with garden and relaxing spaces. Enjoy this special retreat in the heart of the city!
Getting Around:
City Bike station on the block for easy bike rentals. Also walking distance to City Park, Jazzfest, and French Quarter.
Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
The backyard is shared with the homeowner. There is a dog on site that is often in the backyard as well as young children.
The owner lives on-site and we want to make sure this is a good fit for everyone. Please note, we do not host locals without prior approval. If you are from Metro New Orleans you must contact us before booking. Strictly no gatherings or parties or late-night noise. This home is strictly non-smoking, $200 smoking fee will apply. 2-person maximum occupancy.
