Tässä hotellissa on 4 täysin kalustettua huonetta ja 3 kylpyhuoneet, joissa on 6 vierasta. Yläkerrassa on kaksi queen-makuuhuonetta ja kuningas master-sviitti. Master Suite ja yksi makuuhuoneet yläkerrassa kävellä ulos parvekkeelle, josta on näköala alueelle. Master-sviitissä on 42 "plasma-tv makuuhuoneeseen. Alakerrassa on king-vuode, jossa on täydellinen kylpyhuone.
Olohuoneessa on 50 tuuman plasma-tv surround-ääni, DVD-soitin, radio ja 6 CD-vaihtaja. Olohuoneessa on sisäänrakennettu baari, jossa on viininjäähdytin. Alakerran pohjaratkaisu on avoinna pienille juhliin. We have stayed many times in New Orleans and this was one of the best VRBOs! Location is excellent, two blocks off St. Charles right by the trolley. Safe neighborhood. The house exceeded our expectations - all four bedrooms were extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. My favorite part was the large second floor balcony off two of the bedrooms. Above all though, was the outstanding hospitality of Craig our host. He was beyond compassionate and accommodating as we had some flight issues. He saved the day in what could have been a rough situation. Recommend 10/10 - you will not regret staying here!

What a wonderful property. We were there to celebrate my husband’s 40th with friends from NYC, Boston, Austin and London. Being able to all stay together under one roof yet each couple have a private & comfortable room was amazing. Communication with the property managers was so easy pre-stay & they were very responsive during. The home has 4 comfortable rooms, each with a bed that sleeps 2 and 3 bathrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay and loved the location- walking distance to the street cars. We had a fabulous meal at Gris-Gris one evening and were able to walk there, too. Check in was a breeze and all of us, who were there for an NFL game, were all very comfortable. They changed the game time to 12pm on the Sunday which cancelled our brunch plans- Chef M who is not only the property manager but a local chef jumped in and brought us a breakfast platter and home made beignets that everyone raved about. It was such a wonderful special touch to the trip. This is a great house in an awesome location, run by very kind and thoughtful property managers. We definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Bachelor Trip Weekend

The location and state of this property were perfect for my bachelor trip weekend. The convenient location made it easy to walk to most bars and restaurants, our walks also allowed us to take in the beauty of St. Charles Ave and Magazine street. We spent most of our time at and about exploring but this wonderful property was exactly what we were hoping for and then some, I had a wonderful time.

Roomy and Clean

This was a great stay for us - travelling for a wedding and bringing my 90-year old father. He stayed in the ground floor bedroom and had his own bathroom. Everyone else stayed upstairs and it worked out really well. The house is well-equipped for large groups and very clean. The check-in process was super easy and the hosts accommodated our late check-in/check-out requests.

Perfect for a family stay

The remodeled home was cute, roomy, clean, and within walking distance of the St Charles streetcar line. It was perfect for our family stay. The host was awesome, even accommodated a late check-out request due to a late flight. Highly recommend!

Great Location, Wonderful Home

We reserved this home for a family wedding, and it was perfect for our needs. Although we spent most of the weekend at wedding events, the time we did spend at the house was exactly what we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the upstairs porch and outdoor seating areas. The home comfortably accommodated three couples and two teenagers, with one teen sleeping on the pull-out couch—more of a leather futon than a traditional pull-out, and it worked perfectly.Communication with the property manager was excellent—she was warm, friendly, and went out of her way to assist us. The location was ideal, within walking distance of St. Charles Avenue for easy access to the streetcar and about half a mile from Commander’s Palace, which was a must-visit. We felt completely at home in this lovely, well-appointed house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Super convenient & central

Came down to Nola for a long weekend with 2 other buddies. This location was great for being a good walk to most attractions, bars and restaurants, but not in the middle of party town. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a group of friends or couples who are looking for a quiet spot that’s still close to the action. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

My wife and I meet my two sisters and one husband once a year. We need three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We need a big table to play cards. This house had it all covered. It is conveniently located to trolley cars. The only major issue was no tv for first two days. We had to contact owner to get password. We could have had more coffee pods, also. It is a great place to stsy.

Expectations Exceeded

We had a wonderful stay at this rental which is a beautiful updated & modern home with lots of space and plentiful amenities. The bedrooms were all nice and had very comfortable beds. The location of this house is amazing, easy to get to, good parking and located in a quiet & beautiful neighborhood. Evening strolls around the block were ideal for looking at some of the amazing garden district homes. The short walk to the street car line was a big draw for us. Proximity to the NOLA hotspots was also a plus and it was nice to be able to quickly get to the other major neighborhoods (ie French quarter, warehouse district or CBD) quickly, but be far enough away to not be bothered by the night life scene. The owner was very communicative and accommodating as well and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Highly recommend renting this property to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Convenient & Roomy

Home is conveniently located near streetcar line, close proximity to garden district, downtown and french quarter. Bedrooms are roomy with 2 king and 2 queen beds. Off street parking for 2 vehicles is a plus. Kitchen was missing some basics such as salt, pepper, etc. Storage of kitchen utensils, glassware and pots/pans is somewhat disorganized. A/C system works well to keep entire home cool and comfortable.

Great location for the parade

My family and friends stayed in this property for the St. Patrick's Day Celebrations. We were so happy with the location and comfort of this house. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival with nice touches that other vrbo properties don't always offer (extra toilet paper; toiletries; tea/coffee; cleaning supplies). The beds were super comfortable and the linens were of high quality. The decks and patio were so relaxing to have a morning coffee or evening drink on. The location is perfect with access to the street car and for any parades on St. Charles. Magazine Street is an easy walk with lots of shops and restaurants. Make sure to reach out to Michele, she is a gem and is super helpful. Wish we could have visited her at Shaya, but we ran out of time. Ubers were always quick to arrive. We did some shopping at Rouse's Market, great food store. I would absolutely stay here again, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you very much for allowing us to use your house Tip: Not related to the house but if you get any door dash delivered, make sure to check your order before the driver leaves, we had 2 out of 3 deliveries completely wrong and the drivers are not keen to return to fix the issue.
