Each condo stands alone with its own kitchen, living area, dining space, and laundry, finished with exposed brick and hardwood floors. No one else shares either floor. The French Quarter begins a short walk away across Canal Street, with the casino, museums, and the Warehouse Arts District close at hand.

The Space:
This listing includes the entire second and third floors of the building, four private condos with two on each floor. Each condo has its own entrance, open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, with exposed brick, hardwood floors, and modern industrial details throughout. The four condos share the same layout, with small design differences. They are not internally connected, so a large party can spread across four separate homes while having both floors to itself. The two first floor condos are rented separately, so another group may be staying there during your stay, and the building entrance is shared. ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT

The second and third floors are reached by stairs from the main building entrance, with no elevator in the building and no step free entry. Once inside, every condo is single level with no interior stairs. This listing is not wheelchair accessible.

Guest Access:
The condos are accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. All four condos and both floors are private to your group. The building entrance is shared with guests staying in the two first floor condos.

The Neighborhood:
Our condos sit in the Central Business District, the stretch of downtown New Orleans bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District, and the river. The name undersells it: this is where the city’s sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, and some of its best restaurants all sit within a few blocks of one another. Walk a couple of blocks to Canal Street and keep going into the Quarter for Bourbon Street nightlife, Jackson Square, and beignets at the French Market. Closer to home, the Warehouse Arts District is packed with chef driven restaurants, rooftop bars, and the galleries along Julia Street, with the National WWII Museum an easy walk. Caesars New Orleans and the Mississippi riverfront are minutes on foot. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.

Getting Around:
This is one of the most walkable parts of the city, and most groups can leave the car behind for the majority of their stay. The Canal Street streetcar stops a short walk from the building and heads toward Mid City and City Park, the Riverfront line runs along the river to the French Market, and the St. Charles streetcar rolls through the Garden District to Uptown. Rideshare is quick and affordable throughout the city, and biking is easy with rental shops nearby.

There is no dedicated off street parking at this property. Metered street parking is available nearby, paid Monday through Saturday from 8am to 7pm and free on Sunday, and several lots and garages offering hourly and daily rates sit close by. Groups arriving with multiple vehicles should plan ahead and follow posted signs for street cleaning and other restrictions.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
-We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure all four condos are clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
-The two first floor condos are rented separately and another group may be staying in the building during your stay. The building entrance is shared.

BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
