Armstrong-sviitti - Tämä hiljattain kunnostettu valtava 1 makuuhuoneen sviitti on tyylikkyyden ja ylellisyyden sydän, viktoriaanisen aikakauden viehätys ja modernit mukavuudet. Kadunvarsipysäköinti yksityisellä ajotiellä, Kalifornian king-size-vuode, iso poreallas, kaksisuuntainen suihku, uusi vuodesohva ja valtava keittiö ovat joitakin etuja. Vain 1 korttelin päässä St. Charles Ave paraatireitillä, josta pääsee helposti julkisilla liikennevälineillä, takseilla, Uberilla tai Lyftillä. Tuoreet markkinat, ravintolat ja historialliset puutarha-alueen maisemat ovat vain jalan päässä!

Rentoudu ja nauti mukavasta kuplakylvystä täysin toimivassa Ciprea-porealtaassa, joka on tarpeeksi suuri kahdelle. Jos olet enemmän suihkuhenkilö, räätälöity kaksisuuntainen suihkumme on yhtä suuri. Siinä on sademetsän suihkupää, oleskelualue ja luonnonkiveä lattiat. Humongous-kylpyhuoneessa on oma wc-alue, runsaasti kaappitilaa ja 3 kattoikkunat, jotka tarjoavat kauniin luonnollisen valaistuksen keraamisille lattialle.

Makuuhuoneessa on Kalifornian king-size-vuode, oleskelualue, paljastettu tiili (ei-toimiva) takka, puinen mantel ja (3) 10-jalkaiset ikkunat. 52 "HD-televisio on varustettu Cox-kaapelilla sekä Netflix- ja Hulu-ominaisuuksilla. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on alkuperäiset punaisen tammen lattiat, joita täydentävät aitot persialaiset matot. Luonnollisesti viimeistelty parketit ja muotoilu lisäävät täydellisen kosketuksen tuodakseen vuoden 1896 kartanon elämään!

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, sohva, paljastettu tiili (ei-toimiva) takka, puinen mantel ja 10-jalkainen ikkuna, josta on näkymä kiinteistön sivupihalle. 47 tuuman HD-televisio on varustettu Cox-kaapelilla sekä Netflix- ja Hulu-ominaisuuksilla.

Erittäin suuri keittiö on varustettu 1930-luvun O'Keefe & Merrittin kaasuliesi, mikroaaltouuni, Keurig, astianpesukone jääkaapilla, graniittisaari ja istuva ruokailutila, jossa on 3 korkeaa tuolia. Varastoimme keittiössä astiat, ruokailuvälineet, ruokailuvälineet, k-palot ja pullotetun lähdeveden. Altaan vasemmalla puolella olevasta nousta on myös suodatettu Kentwood-lähdevettä.

Takaovi johtaa yhteiseen takaportaikon alueelle, johon mahtuu uusi pohjakuorma-alus- ja kuivausrumpu, pesuaine ja ylimääräiset mukavuudet. Aidatulla ajotiellä on sinun yksinomainen käytettävä loman aikana. Ole varovainen saapuessasi ja poistuessasi, koska portti sulkeutuu automaattisesti 30 sekunnin kuluttua.

Astu ulos viehättävään ruohopiha-alueeseemme, jossa on (2) grillausmahdollisuus grillisi käytettävissänne. Pyydämme vain puhdistamaan grilli ennen jokaista käyttöä, kuten pitkäaikainen perinteemme onkin.

This was the most beautiful home! Though you’re sharing the entire home with other people, you hardly notice as the suite is yours alone. Instructions were easy. You have a huge space to yourself with a large kitchen, massive bathroom and glorious whirlpool tub (great for after a long day of walking around the French Quarter), and the most amazing record and cassette library to set the vibe while you relax and unwind. That was such a nice touch. The furnishings and decor are gorgeous, as well. There is a great little grocery store within walking distance, as well as a nice wine bar! My husband and I agree that we will absolutely book our next trip around the availability of this place. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Thanks for a great space to unwind.

It is beautiful place ro stay. The tube is what sold it for me. Great location and easy to enter. The ceilings are over 10 feet and make it so spacious.

A very special place -- filled with the color, vibrancy, joie de vivre of NOLA -- yet just far enough away from the touristy places to give you a sense of the non-tourist community, a neighborhood. One block from the trolley makes incredibly convenient to get uptown, or downtown without fighting traffic, hunting parking...stroll to the trolley, enjoy the ride, savor the architecture and visit the parks and other sites.

We enjoyed our stay and the availability of onsite parking rather than street parking. We were able to easily access the streetcar to get to various locations as well as driving when the weather turned wet/ old.

We stayed here on our first visit to Nola, the home is amazing!! So quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for myself, husband and daughter to enjoy our stay. The location is very close to the streetcar and was very helpful for me to access with my walking disabilty.

We enjoyed our stay here, with myself, my wife, and our 10 year old son. The location was nice, quiet at night, but easy to take the streetcar to the French Quarter, and some street and one off street parking spot. Magazine Street was also nearby, as was a nice little grocery store on Louisiana and St. Charles. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, maybe a little light on plates/glasses, etc., but there isn't room for more than 4 people, so that isn't really a problem. The only thing to be aware of is that, while the apartment is quite large, the layout is like a hotel suite, with one bed in the common area, next to the kitchen, and the other in a bedroom next to the bathroom. Also, the doorways between areas don't have doors, but just heavy blackout curtains. They work well for blocking the light and some noise, but you won't be watching Game of Thrones in bed after the kids go to sleep. Overall, a nice place, but probably better for a couple by themselves than a family with kids.

The reserved gated parking initially sold me. But the whole place was beautiful and well appointed. It was convenient location to the streetcar and pretty centrally located to be a quick drive to most of our destinations. The music room was a super nice touch. Lots of great jazz records to listen too when we were in.

I took a train by myself to New Orleans from the SF Bay Area and was feeling ill and a bit disoriented during check-in, where I didn’t realize my reservation phone number was my actual phone number. After getting lost with my Lyft due to having the address slightly wrong I discovered an on-site staff member who must’ve thought I was a burglar. He let me in and I got the right code the next day but had difficulty locating and working other equipment and finding things so I mostly left the music collection and kitchen appliances untouched. However the place was truly amazing and I would highly recommend it for a group of jazz buffs, chefs, and urban explorers who like old streetcars.

These guys thought of every little thing! The place is beautifully decorated with anything you’d need. They even have a wall of jazz vinyls with a record player so you can listen all day or night. The teens filled their instas with tons of unique pictures just from inside. It was very clean too. I would definitely stay there again. And I NEVER leave reviews for anything bc I’m too lazy. I had to this time

We LOVED staying here! Highly recommend! Was nervous at first sharing a house with others but you couldnt tell! Felt like it was all ours! Plus this comes with your own parking spot and parking would have been a challenge if not. You will love it!

We had a great stay. Unique property that was clean and completely operational. Grat for me and my mom. We cooked in, went out, ordered in. Only minor issue was the upstairs neighbors were consistently loud all hours of the day or night so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. I slept good once I made the adjustment. Typical of old homes with multiple floors. I would stay there again

The home was above our expectations!! The pictures are great, but doesn’t do justice until you see yourself. The home was very clean. Check in/out was easy. Great location for the parades!! I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Place was cozy, clean and colorful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is spacious but not a lot of seating for dining. The vinyl collection was fun and we played some tunes while getting ready. The parking place was convenient and property is gated. We walked to Magazine St easily and ubered to the French Quarter. Location, if in the Garden District, it's on the very edge. I wouldn't suggest walking at night. There wasn't much noise disturbance. All in all, we had a great stay.

Del and Treena's home is charming and luxurious; it feels like you are stepping back in time. They have decorated it with style and good taste and everything you could want is there. As hosts, Del and Treena responded quickly to all of my stupid questions. The location is great - a short walk to the antuqye stores on Magazine Street and a block from the St. Charles steatcar, which we took to get downtown. This was the best holiday ever and this apartment set the tone for a great visit to a lively and beautiful city. Thanks Del and Treena!
