”Absolutely beautiful hotel located in a perfect area to walk to the French Quarter but not have all the crazy at your doorstep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Great little speakeasy style bar attached to hotel. Highly recommend!!”

”We stayed at The Eleanor for a weekend in a three-bedroom unit with our family, and it was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience.
In the middle of the night, an alarm went off for about 20 minutes. Because the property is fully digitally managed with no on-site staff, there was no one available to respond. This woke our entire family and raised serious concerns about how emergencies are handled.

”Rooms are small, no closet or place to hang clothes, but that was ok, given the age of the building that is to be expected. Valet parking staff at night was rude. The biggest issue for me however, was there was fraudulent activity from the hotel on my credit card. They charged over $3,500.00 to my credit card several times, after trying to deposit a different amount to my credit card. ”The room we stayed in was very comfortable with the exception of the bathroom. Because of the shower a regular toilet was installed and the backsplash exstention of the counter top was so wide behind toilet that the lid was not able to open fully therefore the seat would not stay up so when a man had to pee he had to hold the seat up while he used it as it would not stay up while be used. This was too awkward and unsanitary at the same time.”
