Relax in front of the 85" HDTV or gather around the custom-built dining table that comfortably seats 10. The house has 5 bedrooms, an office, and 4 bathrooms.

The house is located a short distance from the French Quarter and Garden District. Enjoy the convenience of being just minutes to all the action all while having a serene retreat to return to.

The house features an awesome backyard complete with a year-round heated pool, indoor/outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen, tiki bar, and lush gardens filled with tropical plants. Inside, you'll find a spacious double height living and dining room, a 85" HDTV, and custom built dining table that seats 10 people.


There is private gated parking for one car next to the house and plenty of free on-street parking for additional cars.

The house is a quick and cheap Uber ride to all of the main attractions in New Orleans and just a 10 minute walk to famous St. Charles Avenue.

Garden District: 3 minutes
Superdome: 7 minutes
French Quarter: 10 minutes
Convention Center: 10 minutes

You can also walk to the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the house to the streetcar.

The house is a quick drive from all of the main attractions in New Orleans, including the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, and the Garden District.

Other Things to Note:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.

For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool is within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only.

Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.

Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.

Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
