”Great place, secure, nice decor, very clean and modern, memory foam beds a plus. The only bad thing about the place is the noise from Canal St. The windows do not cancel the street noise, whatsoever, Canal is a very busy street 24/7 and quite loud. Other than that we enjoyed the place”

”The property itself was extremely nice. The interior was very clean, spacious, and well lit. Every room had great beds and closets with dressers. Plenty of televisions and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Nice appliances and the washer and dryer was great to have. Water was nice and hot !We stayed on the third level which was great but long steps. Might be harder for those that aren’t mobile. ”Pros: Our stay was very nice. The property was very well-kept. The check in process was seamless. Parking is somewhat limited. My family was very comfortable. Everyone had a space of their own. Cons: Cleaning fee was a tad high, considering that the property was dusty and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. The same can be said abt the patio. There was a termite infestation which left a dirt mound on one of the window ledges and dead termites on the floor.”

”The seating and furnishings for this property are for 3 people only, there is no desk or work table, and the kitchen was as spartan as any place I can imagine. We typically stay at vacation rentals or hotels with a kitchenette. I’m used to better. This place had 3 coffee mugs, 5 spoons, 3 stools around the only table…. In a property I rented for 4 people! (We ended up being 2 people, but still). We had to hand wash things every day. Sofa was uncomfortable. Not a single real chair except for side...
