The cozy space features a lovely king bed in the bedroom as well as a twin size bed in the alcove nook and two sofa beds (real mattresses) in the living room. Guests can freshen up in the bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. Stay comfortable with amenities like AC, heating, iron, and WiFi. Enjoy all that New York has to offer when you stay at our place.

All was fine. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We had 4 people in our party, so it was a bit tight, but adequate. The only downside was figuring out the various locks and entry was somewhat cumbersome, but once we figured it out the nuances, it was easier.

Wonderful location for our family of 4 for a long weekend. The day bed/trundle has been converted to two twin beds arranged in the corner of the living room like a couch. This worked perfectly for us, just wanted to point out the change. Would recommend and go back!

In fairness NYC was extremely cold the weekend we visited. Unfortunately, we never had hot water to shower with - we did reach out to the host and she told us to try again later … we ended up showering at a nearby gym. Also , we struggled to get the apartment over 60 degrees. We reached out to the host and found 2 additional space heaters. Most of the time the apartment was 54 degrees and we had to wear coats in the house. We pretty much never warmed up and struggled with down time because of the cold.

Cute apartment in a great location. Host was very responsive to questions and provided clear directions on how to access the unit, etc. Beware, the stairs leading to the apartment are a bit treacherous- steep and quite narrow. Not the easiest to navigate with a large suitcase, so pack light!

When we arrived the apartment was 55 degrees and it was 30 degree outside. It was late and we were tired and it took over an hour to warm up to where we could even sleep. There was 1 washcloth for 4 guests. Other than that it was clean and a nice stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in Chelsea. Host made check in seamless with super clear communication. Location is great with easy access to nearby sites in lower Manhattan while enjoying distance from the frenzy of midtown etc. Primary bed in master is super comfortable, but room was chilly and a bit noisy so we actually slept in living room after first night. Cafe across the street was perfect for morning coffee and easy access to the High Line made walks into midtown a joy. Overall, highly recommend.

What a great place to stay to explore NYC! Great location walking distance to the high line and Chelsea market as well as easy access to subway lines. The host was so helpful and responsive. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Overall impression of neighbor was good in the daytime, but I would not walk back at night. Parking and coffee shop across the street were great!The apartment was a good size for 3 people. Nice size bathroom and shower. Entry instructions were very helpful.

Ein großes Apartement, was bis auf Handtuchhalter im Bad, alles hatte. Da es sehr zentral in Chelsea gelegen ist, ist es natürlich laut und hell nachts, aber das ist es ja fast überall in NY. Der Boden im Wohnraum hat so ein Gefälle, dass die Koffer von alleine zur Tür rollen 😂 Die Kommunikation mit Ashley war sehr gut, natürlich ist es mit einem Apartement schwieriger seine Sachen vor bzw. nach dem Check-out zu lassen. Da sollte man dann vielleicht lieber ein Hotel nehmen, wenn man wie ich einen Nachtflug zurück hat. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful, clean apartment! Wonderful, communicative host. So thrilled we were able to stay here. It was easy walking distance to Chelsea Piers/Sky Rink. Restaurant downstairs and another on the same block serves inexpensive, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, etc, so easy to get food. Pet-friendly as well (thank you!!!). Apartment is on the 2nd floor (stairs only, no elevator).
