Henkilökunta oli pääosin ystävällistä ja sisään- ja uloskirjaus sujuvaa. Aamupala oli pieni ja villi, istumapaikkaa oli yksinmatkustavankin hankala löytää ja ruokapisteille oli jatkuva jono ja ruoka/mehu loppui nopeasti, vaikka henkilökunta oli kyllä aktiivisesti täyttämässä tyhjentyneitä astioita.
