”The hotel is conveniently located near various subway stations. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for food. Places in the Financial District are within walking distance. The hotel is nice and comfortable. I sometimes needed to wait for an elevator for a while (there are three), but never for too long. There is construction going on around the hotel, but it did not bother me in terms of noise. The room and bed were comfortable as well. The room was very quiet. There is no fridge...

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

”Great location- near a major Mall, you can walk to it. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very friendly and professional staff. Nice lobby with a bar. Plenty of sitting room. Valet was $25- which was reasonable. The hotel was about 15-20 minutes from the airport. The room was very clean and roomy. ”

”Staff was amazing, room service staff on point, rooms a bit small but very comfortable and of high quality, amazing location.. only down side is the $100/day fee held on a card (which I take was for damages and incidentals)… but you get it back”
