The rooms are so incredibly lovely, the howler monkeys surrounding the property are a delight but above all the staff is the best! Especially in the restaurant and bars - they are so incredibly welcoming and nice! Andres the bartender is a true mixologist (you have to try his mezcal cocktails)! ”There was a “jacuzzi” however it was just a tub and no jets and when we used the desk called and said we were flooding the area below us. Why have a Jacuzzi and not be able to use it? Why call a large tub a jacuzzi?”

There are always 2 rooms attached so it's not completely private. The hotell staff was friendly (except for one in the restaurant). Las instalaciones del hotel son amplias sin tener que ser muy distantes para caminar hacia el restaurante. La playa aún conserva su privacidad y seguridad. El gimnasio muy amplio y con buenas máquinas y el Spa en una ubicación separada y tranquila el servicio muy bueno. Excelente hotel para relajarse y descansar. ”
