âWhen we checked in to our room, our air conditioner was broke, they were booked out at the hotel so they couldnât put us in another room and they didnât offer to put us in another Hyatt, we were in Los Angeles for five days for surgery next-door at Keck Hospital, we will not be staying at Hyatt again due to the poor standards they haveâ

âbathroom apparently share's access with other unit units but no lock on door separating unit. bedsheets and pillows were hairy. Carpet was filthy. Could not sleep in bed, checked out before 1 AM. Wish I had left earlier.â
