”This is a great location a short walk to the beach. The amenities for the price are good as well. In L.A. it seems you have to pay to park everywhere, and this location has a good parking space attached. I highly recommend for a beach vacation. It's a reasonable distance from many other tourist destinations (Universal) and colleges (UCLA and USC) so all around a good place.”

”Really cool apartment and complex. This place was well set up for two couples, and completely hassle-free from check-in to check-out. Grocery store is right there, along with lots of food options. Walking paths along the marina were nice. Walking to Venice beach canals and boardwalk was not prohibitive. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”Mike the host is superb. Communication was on point and transparent and flexible. I had a family emergency come up last minute and Mike did all he could to accommodate my stay. The unit is great as advertised, no complaints. The neighborhood isn't for the weak at heart, but look pass the slum and see the beauty of downtown L.A. I'm definitely keeping this unit on my favorite list for the next in-state getaway. 10 star rating. ”

”Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!”

”Los Angeles Convention Centerでの学会発表で7日間ほど滞在させて頂きました。 部屋は非常に綺麗で清潔、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 部屋のことについて何かわからないことがあれば、すぐにオーナーがチャットで答えてくれます。 建物の入口には警備員が24時間おりますので、建物内は非常に安全です。 屋上には素敵なプールがありますので、夏の日中は泳いだり、夜は夕涼みしたり楽しめると思います。 駐車場も無料ですので、ロサンゼルス国際空港からレンタカーを借りて、滞在中はほとんど車で移動しておりました。 フルキッチン付き（冷蔵庫や電子レンジも完備）ですので、お料理をすることも可能です。お皿やフォーク、スプーン、ナイフ、フライパンや包丁、まな板などもあります。食材は徒歩10分にWhole Foods Marketがありますので、そちらで購入できます。 薬や日用品、お酒などは徒歩30秒ほどにあるCVS...
