”I don't think the location could get any better! Right downtown behind the shops, right next to the bakery and coffee shop. This was the perfect little cabin to stay at. Nice and clean, two AC units that kept it nice and cool. We would definitely plan to stay here again. We also had access to a pool which was a huge hit with my kids. ”

”10 out of 10. The first day we were there, we were the only ones there. It was quiet. The location is beautiful. We felt like we were on our own private beach. There was someone working there. He was very kind & answered our questions while he was cleaning up washing down the kids playscape. The next day when the other cottages filled up, there were kids playing & everyone enjoying the beach. It was one of the best getaways my husband and I have had. We are definitely going back. We want to stay...

”We had a pleasant experience. The only problem was when we moved a fire pit closer to our cabin because the are was vacant (5 fire pits only 8 cabins, which needs to be addressed). The man who checks on the property came over and stated he drove by to talk to us earlier, but we were not at the cabin, which (a) seems like stalking and (b) his tone and the way he was leering at my daughter in law were not appreciated. If we stay next year my son and I may just kick his ass....we were tempted to...

”We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head...
