”We loved how close this place is to the beach - just a quick walk! The beach amenities were such a nice touch, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. It’s also an easy walk to shops and the grocery store, which made everything super convenient.Bring coffee pods (or ground coffee) and earplugs if you’re sensitive - the neighborhood is lively and the houses are close together, so you’ll hear the everyday sounds of people and beach life.We’d definitely stay here again!”

”The house was perfect for my family of 6. It was the perfect distance walk but it was rough agter 13 hours at Disneyland.We sisnt lile that the air conditioner only went to 82 degrees, wish it went cooler especially after a hot day at Disneyland. We also wish that there was scissor to cut our mole skin for our blosters. Since we flew, we coulsnt take them on the plane ”

”The location of this condo was great! The unit was dated, but spacious and exactly what we needed. The second bathroom was a tight fit, but it was nice to have laundry in unit. We were traveling with a 3 week old baby (in town for a wedding) and were granted late check out which was very much appreciated! ”

”The condo was in a great location, right uphill from the San Clemente Pier. The view from the family room and patio was wonderful. It was great to step out on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee and listen to the waves. Rita was very responsive and helpful with everything. ”

”Wonderful stay for the Thanksgiving holiday! Our family and friends decided to spend 6 days in LA to visit Universal Studios, Disneyland/California adventure, Santa Monica beach, and downtown LA (walk of fame, Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, etc.). The property is 11 minutes from Disneyland which was perfect. Also much larger than expected. Check in was super easy and it was nice to have extra toilet paper, snacks (chips/apples), laundry detergent, and coffee upon arrival. The owner...
