Lovely Apartment
My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 6 days in October. The communication with Vince prior to departure was excellent and he even helped me find a private hire to collect and return us to the airport. The check in process was very easy. Our flight from the UK was a very early one but I contacted Carolyn and she was happy to accommodate an earlier check in time. Carolyn was very helpful during our stay and even found extra sun loungers for us. The apartment is a good size with 2 double bedrooms. It was very clean and had every appliance you could think of. It was very nice to have a huge range of English channels as we chose to stay in a few nights and just relax in the property. Vince is an excellent host. I inadvertently removed the English channels from the TV and Vince took the time to face time me to talk me through how to reprogram the TV. The pool was nice although you do have to carry your own sun loungers over. Carolyn located these for us. The apartment does have a sun terrace although we would have preferred it to be bigger. You can walk to shops bars and restaurants but it takes at least 20 minutes to walk to La Fuente. In our opinion you really do need a car to get around. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and through Vince will be returning to another property in the area next year.

Home away from home
Spacious apartment, more than enough room for a family of 4. Had all the mod cons TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The pool was also good for young children as it has a gradual slope into the pool.

Comfortable apartment
This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. It is modern, spacious, and very well equiped. The balcony is spacious and provides a pleasant view over gardens and palm trees. Vince and his staff are attentive and accommodating to your needs. We have rented this apartment for 28 days and would highly recommend it.

Great stay in Las Ramblas
Property owner Vince was brilliant and very helpful as was Julie who looks after the property. Brilliant apartment just as pictured and described, had everything you could possibly need. South facing terrace with lovely view. Almost certainly need a car unless you like walking, most things within 10 mins in the car.

Perfect location
Lovely apartment with everything you need. Comfy super king bed and well equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool. Great Location on the edge of Las Ramblas, about a mile walk along the canal into the town with shops, bars and restaurants. Easy check-in with Julie and Vincent sorted out the TV quickly after a storm knocked out the signal, just in time to watch the footy!

Appartement très bien équipé, propre , décoré avec goût.
Nous avons passé 3 semaines hyper agréables dans l'appartement qui est situé au calme, mais à quelques minutes des commodités. La climatisation et les ventilateurs ont été d'une grande aide pour passer cet été de canicule. Julie nous a reçu avec une extrême gentillesse et la barrière de la langue, n'a pas été un problème au vue de sa gentillesse et sa sympathie. Le petit bémol est celui de la piscine, qui est magnifique et très bien entretenue, mais qui était souvent occupé par quelques anglais ne respectant pas les consignes données. L'endroit est vraiment à recommander, par contre, il est bien d'avoir une voiture pour améliorer encore le confort du séjour. Un grand MERCI à Vincent pour sa confiance et son bon goût.

Nice Apartment but amenities too far without a car.
The property was very clean, well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area was nice but it was disappointing that it was not possible to sit by it. The description says sun loungers but we did not find any. Also slightly misleading to say the nearest amenities were a ten minute walk. It was over twenty and we are not slow walkers. To get to the beach areas you need a car and to plazas which was 10 euros each way in a taxi. The area was very peaceful and it was lovely to watch the swifts swallows and house martins from the balcony. Thanks to Tony for helping us when we were lost and for his prompt action re pool key.

Hello Antony, I thank you for the very good appreciation left concerning this very beautiful apartment. You are partly right, I have just walked back to La Fuente and the shopping center and I did it in 15 minutes on foot (I mofified it in the description), but don't they say that walking is good for your health.. I recommend, as indicated in a section, to have a car to circulate. As for the beach deckchairs, you should have asked Tony for them when you arrived (they are in the cellar). FABULOSO
El apartamento está perfectamente equipado para no tener que llevar nada. Es como estar en tu propia casa. Está a unos 10 minutos de las playas en una zona muy tranquila. A 2 minutos en coche de sitios donde poder hacer la compra o salir a cenar con gran variedad de sitios. Muy recomendable.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y es cómodo, quizás por el efecto traducción hay cosas que no son correctas, como secadora que es un tendedero portátil, tumbonas de playa no hay debe de ser el mobiliario de terraza, la terraza por la ubicación es muy calurosa imposible comer o cenar fuera, la piscina ha sufrido alguna remodelación respecto a la foto (A peor) y muy descuidada, el trato fantástico y el apartamento me reitero muy bien equipado, la zona muy tranquila , se necesita coche para cualquier cosa

Gracias por tu buen comentario sobre el apartamento. En cuanto a la terraza, está muy bien equipada con una sala de estar y una mesa de comedor y todos los veraneantes la aprecian mucho. Para los asientos de playa, debería haberlos solicitado a la llegada o durante su estadía. Están a su disposición en el sótano para no estorbarle en el apartamento. ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. mit allem ausgestattet. Super Aussicht vom Balkon und für diejenigen, die Orihuela kennen, einfachen Zugang zum Einkaufen und Spaß. Natürlich brauchen Sie ein Auto, um zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen zu gehen, aber glauben Sie mir, die Schönheit und Vielfalt der Strände sind die Mühe wert. Zum Beispiel ist unser Lieblingsstrand Las Higuericas. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Vincent funktionierte sehr gut und schnell und Julie und Tony waren sehr nett und nett.

Lovely apartment
Having stayed in Las Ramblas a few years ago it was nice to go back. The apartment is lovely and spacious and there’s TV for every nationality. We were met by Tony and Julie who were great and gave us some tips what to do. There is a communal swimming pool which was very quiet, at the most there were 6 people using it. I would definitely advise renting a car, there is a supermarket nearby that sells Waitrose and Iceland (for English people) as well as Aldi and Mercedona. If you fancy a walk there is a canal which you can walk along for as long as you want. Would highly recommend the following, Calblanque beach 55 km away Palmeiras beach 15 mins away.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien.
Nous avons apprécié de trouver un appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, chaînes francaises avec canal plus, j'ai pu regarder le GP de F1 👍. Le propriétaire avait mis au frais une bouteille de cava, vin pétillant espagnol, merci à lui pour cette gentille attention. Tony et Julie qui nous ont reçu sont très accueillant, malheureusement pour nous il ne parle qu'anglais donc un peu frustrant de ne pas pouvoir communiquer davantage mais nous nous sommes compris quand même. L'appartement est à 10 mns des plages et le quartier est très calme. Les commerces, Aldi et Mercadona à 5mns en voiture. Malgré une météo désastreuse le week-end de Pâques, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet appartement aux familles.

Normalement, les gros matelas sont interdits dans celle-ci et un contrôle par la personne responsable a lieu régulièrement. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. Il est très très bien équipé, rien ne manque, on pourrait se croire à la maison ! Il est bien situé et bénéficie d’un ensoleillement top, bien qu’en hiver, il y faisait bien chaud. Super communication avec le propriétaire, qui répond très rapidement à nos questions. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Magnifique vacances détente
Très bon accueil de Tony et Julie, appartement très bien situé au calme près des golfs, de la mer et des commerces. On s'est senti comme chez soi dans cet bel appartement très bien équipé et très propre. A très bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

Agréable appartement au calme
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans l'appartement. Il correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site. La personne qui nous a réceptionné, nous a aussi fait découvrir la ville: un plus appréciable. L'appartement est très agréable pour 4 personnes avec ses deux salles de bains, ses climatisations et est très bien équipé.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war mit allem ausgestattet um eine angenehme Zeit zu verbringen. Der Kontakt erfolgte sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Verständigung kann in deutscher, französischer un englischer Sprache erfolgen. Der Verwalter Herr Debauche ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, hier stimmte alles, Es war auch die erste Wohnung wo wir aber auch wirklich nichts vermissten, dies vor allem was Küchenutensilien betraf. Die Betten waren super und wir konnten schon in der ersten Nacht herrlich durchschlafen als lägen wir in unserem eigenen Bett. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und extrem gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und wohnlich Mit Vincent Segers, unserem Vermieter hatten wir eine sehr tolle und professionelle Kommunikation und er war per Email stets erreichbar hätte ich Fragen gehabt. Zudem ist Michel Debauche vor Ort unser Ansprechpartner gewesen, er hatte uns die Wohnung übergeben und sie auch bei Abreise wieder abgenommen. Man wird wirklich sehr fürsorglich betreut und ich hatte hier eine komplette Liste in meiner Muttersprache deutsch, wo was wie geht und funktioniert. Es gibt eine sehr detaillierte Beschreibung wie was funktioniert, dies betrifft vor allem das Fernseh-und Sky Programm Ich kann diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen und werde sie sicherlich noch das ein oder andere mal mieten. Sie ist sehr günstig an zwei Golfplätzen gelegen und somit gerade für Golfer natürlich perfekt. Es gibt Fußläufig viele und Gute Restaurants sollte man mal keine lust haben selbst zu kochen.
