Courtyards by Marriott are always consistently clean and new properties whether they’re new construction or newly renovated. This property was no exception as it was clean, newly renovated, and for the most part had friendly staff. Although there were 3 glaring problems. The one BIG issue and annoyance was their airport shuttle service. That’s the main reason we stayed here. I thought I’d give Marriott my business just to change it up from my regular Hilton Diamond service at Hilton Garden or Hampton Inn. I waited 2 hours for the hotel shuttle at the airport coming back from NYC. My handicapped mother accompanied me on this trip and she was in pain for a week after waiting for that shuttle in the heat for 2 hours! I just got an Uber Black to pick us up even though it was $55, it was well worth it. To make matters worse, the hotel front desk couldn’t care less that we were waiting for that long. Sorry, but never staying here again. If you don’t mind waiting 2 hours at the airport for a shuttle service to come pick you up from a hotel that’s literally 1.9 miles away, have fun! The icing on the cake was that parking wasn’t free, it was more expensive than Orlando International Airport covered parking garage(3x the price), and they didn’t even offer valet!
