Our room was decent, however, when you are booking a two room suite you need to inform people before they book that there is a third “room” adjacent to the suite. (Basically they convert a 3 bedroom suite into a 2 bedroom if you don’t have a large party.)
Meaning if someone books that bedroom, there is a door between the two that IS NOT SOUND PROOF.
We were enjoying our vacation up until two nights before we were to check out from our room. A couple booked that little bedroom off the front of our suite. Quiet time is 10p to 6a and around 11p they were talking loud and playing loud music. We called the front desk and they said they would send security to talk to them. We aren’t sure security ever showed but we did hear their phone ring and the music stopped. However, the couple proceeded to have sex being vocally loud and basically traumatized our autistic daughter who was in the bedroom across from the not sound proof door between the rooms. We ended up leaving the next morning opting for a refund of our last night and went to a different hotel trying to salvage our last day of vacation. IMPROVE THE SOUND PROOFING OF ROOMS IF YOU ARE GOING TO RENT OUT THE SUITES IN THAT MANNER.
We won’t be back to this hotel.
