”Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. ”

”Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort ”

”The property had a great location. It isn’t right on the beach but it’s only a short walk to it. Same for downtown Waikiki. The on-site parking that was included was a great addition. The place had everything we needed. The on-site minimart was packed with all the little things you may have forgotten, including staples like bread, milk, and other groceries. ”When booking my stay at Maui, I was hoping to get a resort-like experience with top-notch amenities at a price that did not break the bank (no $400+ per night stays at a resort). This unit checked off all of the boxes. Clean room, plenty of amenities (beach chair, boogie board, ice cooler, binoculars), and having access to the resort pool was really awesome. 11 out of 10!”

”The location was brilliant just around the corner from Star Beachboys surfboard hire and 2 short blocks from the main beach (Canoes- where the Duke Kahanamoku statue is). We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. But there was a 24 hour security desk to get help. The building and elevator were a bit tired (the apt is 12 stories up on the top floor). The bed was a queen...

”Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!”

”Excellent location, within 2-3 mins to all good trucks and restaurants. Within 3-4 mins drive to all the beaches. You won’t find a studio anywhere which is affordable and is at the right location. Cloy is definitely an amazing host.”

The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.”

”Was a first time in Maui and in this hotel. Got an upgrade to a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. The room was awesome and super clean and comfortable! All the neccessary kitchen supplies to make breakfast, lunch ot whatever. Microwave, stove, oven, large fridge and freezer. The bed was excellent to sleep in. You can rent dvd's and playstation games at the lobby with no charge, nice thing to do in the evening. Also free of charge tennis outside. The hotel pool area is beautiful with one big...

”A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is...
