”We had a lovely stay at this countryside property, about an hour from Rome. It’s very close to the highway, and parking is available inside the property, which made getting around easy. Despite the convenient location, it feels peaceful and rural—a comfortable place to get a good night’s sleep. This isn’t a luxury stay. The facilities are older, with the rustic character you’d expect from a farm. Breakfast is simple, with morning coffee and toast. What made our stay special was the people: they...

”Absolutely beautiful stay. Can't beat the view of the property and room. Only an hour bus ride/drive to the center of Rome. It is a bit of a hike to get to and from the place, so I wouldn't recommend it for individuals with disabilities, nor do I recommend packing more than 1 large suitcase. The host was amazing, very polite and informative and the daily breakfast consisted of homemade and fresh croissants and other pastries. I highly recommend this place if you don't mind a nice hike as the...

”Hospitality is outstanding by the hotel receptionist. He’s helpful. He called a taxi for our early am airport trip and it did came on time. The place also about 3min away from airport. Amazing first time experience in this hotel.”

”i liked the location handy for both rome and ciampino airport a very clean property”

”The room is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like that there was not a curtain or shade on the bathroom window. It was a higher window but it was uncomfortable and I would suggest window coverings. Also maybe a chair and coffee table to go along with the couch. The grounds were well kept and it was a very quiet, peaceful stay. The restaurant had excellent food and parking was plenty and staff were friendly! I would definitely recommend this place .”
