”The hotel itself is really nice and in a good location. Nice outside pool with bar. Private area at Miami Beach - even if it takes about 45 minutes to get there and the only thing you get for free is a chair. My room was really good as well - the only issue was that the AC was quite loud, I had to shut it off for the night. But the staffing problem here is real. You have to call multiple times to get a hold of anyone at the reception. Checking out took forever - long lines and only two people...

”We had booked another hotel for a weekend in Miami after our cruise but decided to come back here as we liked our stay pre cruise. The location is perfect and the hotel couldn't be any cleaner. This must the only hotel with enough power outlets in the room! We'll be back for sure!”

”A hotel in a good location. However, the traffic noise was disturbing (our room was on the 6th floor). The breakfast was excellent. I would have liked some storage space in the room, and a side table or chair in the hallway as well.”

”This is one of my favorite hotels when I travel to FLL. From the parking attendant to the front desk personnel, professionalism is sensed from everyone that works here. The rooms are SUPER quiet. I always reserve a king bed and it is one of the most comfortable beds. This feels like a 5 star hotel. The pool and work out gym are both awesome. ”

”Rooms were clean and nice. Location is a bit remote so don't expect going anywhere without a car. All food places are within casino and to be honest they weren't so great. One overpriced restaurant and one sandwich&fries place with some second class fast food. Casino has class II slots which are basically bingo machines. But they are entertaining though for a short time at least. However fist machine I put money in got stuck immediately and it took quite a while to get casino employees...
