Nous sommes navrés de constater que tout ce n'est pas déroulé comme vous l'espériez. Suite à un bug de notre logiciel, vos clés n'ont pas pu être faites toute de suite, mais notre collègue à la réception vous a accompagné en chambre afin de pouvoir vous ouvrir et vous laissez vous installer. Cela n'a pas duré plus de dix minutes. Malheureusement, il se peut que parfois l'informatique lâche et c'est indépendant de notre volonté. Nous sommes toujours ravis de pouvoir présenter les chambres sur les différents sites, mais ne pouvons pas mettre les photos de nos 81 chambres.La réception est toujours ravie de pouvoir vous servir et vous aider au mieux. Pour la température, la réception peut aussi la régler de là où ils sont si besoin. Les températures n'étant pas encore très bonnes, nous ne pouvons pas encore retirer le chauffage, mais vous pouvez éteindre à votre guise. Le service pressing, est un service extérieur comme le stipule le document que vous trouvez dans votre chambre. Il est disponible tous les jours, sauf le dimanche, et après 11h, il est bien écris que c'est un service express. Mais comme vous le stipuler, nous pouvons vous prêter un fer et une planche à repasser. Veuillez noter que nous sommes un hôtel trois étoiles et que nous n'offrons donc pas les mêmes services qu'un hôtel 4 étoiles ou 5 étoiles.
