”I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation.”

”Was a very average hotel. Kind of Musty, and the bathroom didn’t have soap. I called down to ask, and no one brought it up the entire night. The room was large, but the bathroom was pretty dirty. Not worth the nearly $300 I spent.”

”The hotel is super charming and the room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the very firm mattress. I guess you like it firm or you don't! The staff was very friendly and the onsite restaurants were great. I'd stay again and recommend it to my friends.”

”They rent the rooms for hours at a time too and there is all night long traffic at the bottom rooms with the whirlpools so if you are traveling with family find a different place. I don’t agree with Expedia not mentioning this to guests”

”Simple and relaxing resort with serene garden courtyard. Hubby and I enjoyed the 2 person whirlpool tub. The room could use a refresh but served our purpose of staycation. Hot breakfast was fresh.”

”I was impressed. The water pressure worked well in shower and the sink. The room was very clean. I wish there was a valet person available to help park but the employees did allow me to pull up and park very close near the hotel doors which worked out great because we had so much rain. I love the location. I’m thinking about returning soon.”

”I had 2 rooms, one was a king which was ok besides the toilet running all night, but the other was horrible. It was 2 double beds and the room smelled horrible. The TV was unplugged and it's not the type you can just plug in. The night stand had outlets built into it but as soon as we plugged in our charging cable for our phone it sparked so I had to unplug the whole table so nothing would catch fire. Everytime I would call to front desk he would tell me he was busy with a customer.”

”The hotel had a smell. When I walked in my AC unit was turned down to 52 so the room was freezing. Staff didn’t seem to be able to answer many questions. Refrigerator leaked. Iron did not work properly. The coffee pot had residue in it. I was thankful I was only there to sleep for a few hours.”
