”The family room worked well for our one-night stay in Bath. Weirdly, the room was equipped with towels and cups only for two guests. The spa is actually pretty nice in the hotel. It is also very well situated. ”

”Very nice welcome and very clean room and hotel. Very quiet, had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very expensive but it was very good quality with probably local sausages (large) nice back bacon and all the trimmings. Other cooked options were available. Would stay there again and can recommend for sure.”
”Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg.
