”All the staff except for front desk was very helpful and sweet. Housekeeping informed us on day 1 that the spare key to our room was lost so she couldn’t clean our room. It took 4 days of asking at front desk and finally tracking down management ourselves to solve the issue. They compensated us with a free meal which was very appreciated. ”My room was across the street. Even though its next to the club the music did not disturb me. It was quiet and i slept like a baby. Very private and still close to many things. I will visit here again.”

”Travellers Beach Resort is right on the beach with an excellent chef and bar staff and very friendly crew. My partner and I had a super relaxing time for our five night stay. Our only criticisms are with inconsistent housekeeping. Our bed was not always fully made, bathroom toiletries never restocked (one small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner doesn’t get far between two people over five nights) and coffee cups left dirty. There was also no duvet cover. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means...

”Great location by the beach. Continental breakfast was OK, included fruits, bread, cake, juice - sufficient for most mornings. Friendly staff. Location in middle of Seven mile beach, perfect beach access. Good bar and sunbathing area. On the other hand, we paid an extra for a room with oceanview. Beware, there is a difference between "oceanview" and "partial oceanview"!. In practise, we could just see a glimse of the ocean from our room; the balcony was not facing westwards but southwards. ”I recently had the opportunity to stay at Firefly Cottages for a period of seven nights, and I must say that I do not feel compelled to return. The accommodations were somewhat rudimentary, as evidenced by the need to manually screw in the light bulb to activate the lighting in the bedroom. Furthermore, the door required the use of a key to secure it from both the inside and outside, which may be perceived as inconvenient by some guests. Unfortunately, the television was not functioning...

”Excellent property, with only 13 rooms there is no hustle and bustle. Very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely become a repeat visitor.”

”Way to loud. There was a special concert provided mostly for locals the night we stayed. We were prepared for loud music til midnight or 2 am, but it was loud until past 4 in the morning. They should have had security get people to quiet down so the paying hotel guests could get a little sleep. I will never stay there again.”
