âThe hosts at Nostos Hotel were immensely kind and helpful, sourcing trip info, timetables, and booking taxis. The building was full of character and beautifully decorated. Location was incredible with gorgeous balcony views (being on the harbour front meant there was noise into the evening, but the vista across the water was unbeatable). Thank you for a great stay. â

âThe hotel was great and very clean. We liked the room and service at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and food was also good. Kids loved the pool and we spend a lot of time there. The location is a little remote if not going to Balos beach, in what case it the location is the best possible everything else is a little bid away from the hotel. The beach by the hotel is not nice though, it is rocky and looks unfinished so basicly there is no good beach closer than Balos. â
âPeaceful location, right on the beatiful beach. Room was an old fashioned but spacious. Bath-tube was a big plus, but it was a little bit "loose" (not assembled/attached properly). Also, housekeeping probably poured cleaning water to the bath-tube, so it was dirty at evenings.
One day the housekeeping did not locked the door of the room (closed but not locked), and it could be opened by pushing. Good luck, nothing was missing.â
âNo words can describe how perfect little falassarna beach is and how pretty the apartment are. It is our second time here and it only gets better.
Walking distance to the beach, market and restaurants.

âVery clean, nice, and affordable place right next to the Chania bus station. The owner is friendly, the rooms are clean and you will sleep well here.
You do not get a lot of space, but enough for you to rest well. AC and wifi are included.

MeillÀ oli perhehuone, jossa kaksi parveketta ja tilavat huoneet.

âNice hotel, no complaints in that front. The reception didnât greet passing customers which was little bit weird even if you had eye contact. I also left my key in the room and went to the reception. They opened my door without any further questions. What if that was not my roomâŠ? Security is important and it definately was a lapse in that. â
âThe view was amazing and we had a large balcony. It was in the heart of old town and we had easy access to everything. Only thing negative was the wi-fi was slow but with the amazing view we did not mind. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again. â
âWe really liked the service, the location was great in the middle of the old town and the roof terrace with the hot tub was great on a hot summer day!â

âAbsolutely beautiful building. Super comfortable bed/bedding & very clean room. No elevator in the building in order to preserve the heritage of the building so many stairs to climb with your luggage â

"This hotel has a really good spa with gym, saunas and jacuzzi. Rooms are very modern, soacious and clean but the bed is extrmely hard. The buffet restaurant was more tyan enough for us for the weekend - they have extremely wide range of varieties on table and the selection changes day to day. But the staff was absolutely lost with allergy information and they had my wife eat food with nuts and almonds several times although she kept asking if it was safe ot not. Very poor job on several occasions from the restaurant staff. Otjer than that it was a very nice and relaxing stay! "

Huone oli iso, mutta tuntui kuin olisin akvaariossa isojen ikkunoiden takia. Terassi oli vaatimaton. Talon ympÀrillÀ oli jatkuvasti hÀlinÀÀ. Housekeeping kÀvi kolmesti (!) pÀivÀssÀ. Olisin toivonut rauhallisemman ja yksityisen hotelliloman."
