Casino and hotel were both very clean. Staff was very personable and courteous. Spa was great, enjoyed a massage and facial! The West Pool needed to be cleaned as lots of little gnats, birds poo, and clumps of hair floating around. Stay away from the Blue Coyote Cantina. Food was very mediocre. Everywhere ...

Hotel Valley Ho
Overall a really nice place to stay. Room was nice and clean. My only knock is that the service around the main pool area could be much better. Alex was great. Other servers at the pool were attitudinal. Zuzu has great food.
