Hotellit kohteessa Piccadilly, Manchester

"I made a booking to NOVOTEL hotel, which is 4 star hotel. I did not received any information on change of the hotel into A&O which I do not know anything. At the (still) Novotel reception I checked in BUT after this I was asked to step out of the Novotel hotel to go into other building! I went there and as soon as I opened the door I realized I was at IBIS hotel and the room was IBIS. IBIS hotel IS 3 star hotel. I know as I have used both Novotel and IBIS chains several times. BUT I consider to be cheated as I pay 4 star Novotel room BUT I received 3 star IBIS hotel room! I think hotels. com or the hotel chain (A&O) should refund me as this is fraudulent behaviour to sell higher price hotel name and provide lower price room! I would have been able to get e g Premier Inn room whith half the price I paid for this IBIS room even though I believed to get NOVOTER level room! I am really in shock that HOTELS.COM is doing this to me and cheat its clients! I am really unsatisfied with this!!!!! Awful cheating are fraud I would say!!!!!"

"Huone oli pieni ja likainen, käytävä huoneeseen oli myös likainen. Lakanat olivat puhtaat. Kylpyhuoneen viemäri oli tukossa ja vesi lainehti lattialle. Vastaanottohenkilökunta oli tylyä, ja matkatavaroiden säilytyksestä veloitettiin maksu. Huone oli myös erittäin huonosti äänieristetty - ulkoa ja/tai naapurihuoneesta kuului kovaäänistä melua koko yön molempina öinä, ja nukkuminen n oli vaikeaa."

"Hotel would need an overall update. We enjoyed the location at Norther quarter but I would not recommended this hotel to the families. Price vs. quality was ok. The noise was quite extensive, earplugs are definitely needed."

"Brand new interior design and clean. Nicely decorated spaces. Super friendly staff. Great and convenient location."

"It was a pleasant stay. Air conditioning was working and everything was looking kind of new. There was no fridge which was a big minus for us but I get many people don't need it. TV had streaming capability and shower was pretty good. Check-in was via computer but it was fast. Good experience overall!"
