”The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. ”We needed a place to call home base for a few nights while traveling through CA with our kids to sleep and do laundry. Had no issues at all with the owner/manager or check-in process. There were some essential items missing like toaster, wine opener, and extra blankets but there were items there we weren't expecting like full size shower items. ”1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee!”

I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. ”Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym.
