”This property is very convenient for Heathrow, stayed one night in a one bedroom apartment which was quite small but very clean with a comfortable single bed.The secure free parking was a bonus, there were a number of shops, and eating establishments within walking distance with the Hounslow food market worth a visit if you like spicy food.The staff at the guest house are very helpful and polite and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.”

”The rooms are spacious and great for airport stay. We booked three rooms for one night( last-minute) , one was perfect, one had some smell and the last one had a broken AC ( they brought fans which worked out) the beds were comfortable. The lobby is very nice, clean and updated. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was convenient but not free, so we took an uber. Will consider staying again. ”

"4 stars for this hotel is way too much...the room smelled for mould. It was dark and corridors felt like "redrum". But absolutely worst part was the restaurant. Even though in the evening it was half-empty, it took over half 'n' hour to get the food. Yet once we got it fries were cold and daughter's pasta was swimming in butter though it was supposed to be some sort of a cream pasta. I'm not a cook but that had nothing to do with cream pasta. Neither waitress nor manager paid any attention to our claims. Same nonexisting service continued on breakfast. I could add that we had to fight for pur breakfast because there was hardly anything to serve. Worst hotel I've experienced for long time and I travel a lot..."
