”This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. We only had 2 carry on...

”My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. We loved our little Cottage house, comfy, clean and cozy just like the pictures and the location was perfect. Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! The only improvements we would suggest are (1) the bed in the cottage house could be replaced. (2) It would be nice to have two beach chairs at the house so that...

The place is always clean and very well maintained every time we go there is some little change that has made to upgraded the place. It has a very nice Outside porch where you can have your coffee and breakfast every morning in the beautiful breeze from the gulf,you go downstairs in the outside porch and you feel like you're in a whole other world, coconuts, wind, chimes, and...

”The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog.”

”The location is perfect. It’s in walking distance to restaurants and had a great view of the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves and the hot tub was a plus!”

”Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good.”

”Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. Despite being close to the main road that separates the neighborhood from the beach access point, we found that it was very quiet and private — a sanctuary away from the spring break crowds. The neighborhood is all brick/paver-lined...

”We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

”Front desk attendant was super friendly. The room was nice overall, but the floor was very dirty. Had to wear shoes while in the room. One of the toilets also hadn’t been cleaned. There are no USB plugs, so be sure to bring adapters for anything you want to plug in. ”
