”Air conditioning didn’t work, no soap or conditioner in room on arrival. Only once asked they replaced. TV was extremely laggy, strong smell of chlorine and no safety deposit box. Service at service desk was good and professional, breakfast was okay (although I found it weird, that juice had to be separately ordered) and free parking was a plus. Price point (roughly 240 USD per night) was too expensive for the quality. I chose the hotel since I saw on some website that it was a four star...

”This resort was truly a breath of fresh air. Everything was nice, clean, and relaxing — from the room to the pool and jacuzzi. The entire property was beautiful, well-maintained, and made for a perfect getaway. I would definitely stay here again!”

”The staff was super friendly. Food was fantastic. Extremely clean. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. We met very nice people at the pool. The resort guests were a mix of families and couples. It is not a high rise hotel, so there was plenty of sun. The prices were very affordable. I would highly recommend. We are planning on going back!”
