”We had the most fantastic stay at Sarah’s property. For a family with two teenagers there was plenty of room for us all. The studio level was perfect with it’s own shower room and plenty of books and games. The bedrooms below the living floor were beautiful with quaint outdoor space and plenty of bedding and towels. ”This was the perfect home and launching pad for our big family, ranging in age from 4 to 64, with all kinds of activities to attend around London. It was a great trip, and the air conditioning kept us sleeping and moving comfortably despite the summer heat. ”Our stay was excellent. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was perfect. The street comes alive in the evening with friendly restaurants and a pub. The two 2nd level bedrooms are American queen sized beds so keep that in mind when considering your comfort. Plenty of storage in the single bunk room. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this location. ”

Beds were comfy although some of the pillows were really lumpy..We didn't use the hot tub as we were out a lot but it looked good.It's 5 minutes to the tube station so access to London is great. I was a bit put off when we first arrived as there were lots of people hanging around but both times when we returned at the end of the evening the road was quiet ”

”The owner never responded to us with check in information. I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. ”
