”Ac went out in my room but they had it fixed in 20 mins but later that night the ac couldn’t keep up but we only stayed one night so we didn’t care and left it for the next person to complain about. They didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches or burritos when we put in our order and I complained about that and the ac issues and the Food manager Mark set us up with a complimentary breakfast buffet for our family. They took care of us and even though we had an ac problem that made up for it.”

”The lazy river is a bit dangerous to walking in lieu of floating. The return water grates are not flush and you can easily stub you feet on them. Also there are depressions that you feet drop into right after the grates. I walked to either side to avoid these areas. Other than that, I thought the facility and staff was absolutely wonderful.”
