”I travel a lot and I've never received such great customer service. We had a teething baby with us and were allowed to check in a couple hours early. This was an amazing help after our long travel. The room was clean and they even supplied us with a roll away bed. They called prior to entering the room due to me traveling with my service animal. I can't thank you all enough for your great service and smiling faces. Unfortunately I have memory issues and didn't remember the staffs name....

”This was a really nice hotel room and very clean! Great location as well the indoor pool was really cool :) ”

”Helped at the front desk by a kind gentleman named Robbie. Greeted warmly, given tickets for free coffees and given a room by the pool promptly, even though it was an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay and had a fun time with the kids. We’re happy we came we had such a nice time at the pool with drinks and food poolside and were helped by a very nice lady named Paige who was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon! I Did want to say the banana bread on the cascades cafe menu...

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”

”Right next to a busy freeway, will hear the road noises in the room. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we had a hard time sleeping because of constant door slamming. The slams were so hard our beds shook. Also when people drag their luggage on the floors it is so loud. Could hear everyone talking as they passed our room. The hotel was fully booked so no chance to change rooms. There were like two outlets in the room, only by the sink. Barely got any sleep and we had such high...
